We enforce rate limits on our services (currently 20 scanner requests per hour and 5 contact form submissions per hour per IP address). Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.
Our property: The Aura Boost website, services, software, design, logos, and all related content are the property of Aura Boost Tech Canada Inc. and are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our services without our written permission.
Your content: You retain ownership of any content or data you submit through our services (e.g., contact form messages, URLs for scanning). By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the requested service.
The AI Readiness Scanner provides informational assessments only. Results are generated through automated analysis and are subject to the following limitations:
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Boost Tech Canada Inc., its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
If we are found liable for any direct damages, our total liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Our services rely on third-party infrastructure and tools, including Google Cloud, Firebase, and Gmail. We are not responsible for the availability, security, or practices of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Sections 5 through 9 of these Terms shall survive termination.
You may stop using our services at any time. If you have an account, you may request its deletion by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of Canada and the laws of the province in which Aura Boost Tech Canada Inc. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that province.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, internet or infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or pandemics.
