Returns for Supplements
Aura Boost offers a 7-day return policy for supplements. You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or consumed products cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be pre-approved before shipping.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at service@aura-boost.com. Upon approval, we will provide the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at service@aura-boost.com.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
